Welcome to RightStep Placentia Landscaping

Thank you for choosing RightStep Placentia Landscaping. These terms explain how we work with you and what you can expect when you use our services. By hiring us for any landscaping work, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree care, and more. When you request a quote, we will visit your property to assess the work needed and provide you with a written estimate.

Our estimates are good for 30 days from the date provided. If you accept our quote, we will schedule your work based on availability and weather conditions. We always aim to start and complete projects on time, but sometimes Mother Nature has other plans.

Payment Terms

For most projects, we require a 50% deposit before starting work. The remaining balance is due when the project is completed to your satisfaction. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

For ongoing maintenance services, payment is due at the time of service unless we have arranged a different payment schedule with you.

Cancellations and Changes

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. For projects already started, cancellation fees may apply based on materials purchased and work completed.

If you want to make changes to your project after work has begun, we will provide a revised estimate for your approval before proceeding with the changes.

Your Responsibilities

To help us do our best work, we need your cooperation. Please ensure that:

• Our crew has clear access to the work areas
• Pets are secured during our visit
• You mark any underground utilities or irrigation lines
• You inform us of any special concerns or requests before we start

Our Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, let us know within 7 days and we will make it right. For plant installations, we guarantee that plants will be healthy at the time of installation. We cannot guarantee survival beyond installation due to factors outside our control like weather, watering, and soil conditions.

Liability and Insurance

RightStep Placentia Landscaping is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked, or for damage to sprinkler systems, lighting, or other features that you did not inform us about before work began.

Weather and Delays

Southern California weather is usually cooperative, but rain, extreme heat, or other conditions may require us to reschedule your service for safety and quality reasons. We will notify you as soon as possible if weather causes a delay.

Dispute Resolution

If any disagreement arises regarding our services, we prefer to resolve it through friendly discussion. If we cannot reach an agreement, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
